Do you ship Fiji Frank Tikis internationally?

Yes, Fiji Franks'Tikis already reside in numerous home tiki bars all around the world! 
Why not add one to yours?


I have seen a Fiji Frank Tiki pendant but it is sold out! Can I order one or is it gone for good?

Do not despair, all Fiji Franks Tikis can be ordered even if they are showing as sold out in store! There just might be a lil'bit of a wait until Fiji Frank has cleared some space in his industrious carving schedule, he normally has many pieces on the go at once. Just drop him an email to fijifranktikis@gmail.com or say Aloha via instagram @fijifranktikis and have a chat.


Are all Fiji Fank Tikis really 100% hand carved?

Yep! and Fiji Frank has the scars to prove it!


What wood does Fiji Frank use to carve his Tikis?

Usually Fiji Frank carves in Limewood, but he does use different woods depending on the overall desired look of a Tiki.

Returns & Refunds

 

Thanks for purchasing our products at fijifranktikis.com operated by Philip Davison.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
